The great Kiwi BBQ
When I said I was moving to Scotland, people who know my cooking habits laughed. Apparently there's no place for a BBQ up here.
How wrong they are.
Today as an example, sure it came in wet in the afternoon. But by then I had some juicy pork ribs all set up. The drizzle could drift down as much as it liked, my ribs were under the hood slow cooking.
Ok, so the seafood starter my have been cooked in the rain, but it wasn't exactly cold. The burning pork fat made sure of that.
